Last Tuesday, I was invited for the opening of the first P.F. Chang’s China Bistro in the Philippines, located in Alabang Town Center. The world-renowned P.F. Chang’s China bistro has more than 200 branches in the US and 12 worldwide, and serves Asian-influenced cuisine in a modern bistro setting that also offers signature cocktails, wines and desserts.
The first P.F. Chang’s China Bistro opened in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1993. It was developed by Paul Fleming (P.F.) and Philip Chiang (Chang’s)

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro serves cuisine inspired by the different regions of China: Peking or Northern China (including Mongolia), Shanghai or Eastern China, Cantonese or Southern China, Sichuan and Hunan Twin Western Province of China.

Their signature appetizer. Wok-seared minced chicken, mushroom, green onions, and water chestnuts served over crispy rice sticks and with cool, crisp lettuce cups.285
Dynamite Shrimp.Crispy shrimp tossed in a zesty sauce and served over lettuce in a martini glass. 295
Dumplings made fresh by hand in the kitchen. Served steamed or pan-fried.165

12 oz tender U.S. Angus beef wok-cooked then quickly tossed with scallions and garlic. 695

All entrees are served with white rice or brown rice.
The Bistro offers gluten free menu and vegetarian menu. Servers make sure that diners gain a memorable dining experience by offering personalized care.

P.F. Chang’s has won the 2012 Cheers Beverage Excellence Award for having the Best overall Beverage program.
