Korea’s original wine and garlic restaurant, Mad For Garlic, is now in the Philippines, ready to serve Filipinos a unique dining experience of Italian cuisine with an Asian twist!
Located in Bonifacio Global City, Mad for Garlic has been brought in by Global Restaurant Concepts, Inc., the same name behind popular dining establishments like California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang’s, Morelli’s Gelato, IHOP, and Gyu-Kaku.
I had my father in mind the moment I heard of Mad for Garlic. He’s a garlic guy, always adding garlic (sometimes too much but I’m not complaining) in our dishes at home.
First on our menu is this Dracula Killer, which I think is a perfect way to start our tongue with garlic.
This one’s a first for me. I have never eaten cheese like this before.
Not a meat lover? This salad is a treat for you.
Mad for Garlic is a wine and garlic restaurant that showcases garlic-themed dishes using different varieties of garlic and cuts in a modern wine bar setting.
Mad for Garlic offer a menu of pasta, pizza, salads, rice dishes, steaks and desserts highlighted with a touch or more of garlic.
This Yuja Ade is refreshing and perfectly matches Mad for Garlic dishes.
I’m not a wine guy so it’s better to try it for yourself. =)
This one’s a real winner! I’ll be back for more of this pizza!
Like its name, Zuppa di Pesce, I find it hard to describe this dish but not that I don’t like it. If you’re a regular reader of my food blog, you understand that I’m not the foodie guy who knows the smallest details in a food. I just like eating and I like to eat this one.
Not too garlicky, the way I want it.
This gelato’s a bit garlicky for me.
For garlic lovers out there, I know you don’t need any word from me. Go ahead and experience Mad for Garlic yourself!
For the ones not a fan of garlic, try Mad for Garlic offerings, you’d be glad if they changed your mind.
