I went to Pifbex last week with my officemate and I was intrigued with Chichapop. What is Chichapop? Chichapop is a no-fry, microwaveable Chicharon.
Doesn’t sound right? That’s what I thought at first but when I got a closer look at it and saw it popping in front of me, I was amused.
It’s almost like popping pop corn in your microwave but with just a little bit of popping sound. It’s cooked in two (2) minutes and it feels and tastes a lot less oily. Less guilt!?
Where to get it? You can find it at the shelves of 7-11, Mini Stop, and some grocery stores in Metro Manila.
I followed you from the foodie blog roll and I’d love to guide Foodista readers to your site. I hope you could add this chicharon widget at the end of this post so we could add you in our list of food bloggers who blogged about chicharon,Thanks!
