Café Leona is a restaurant located at the ground floor of an ancestral house once owned by poet Leona Florentino, known as the mother of Philippine women’s literature.
I went here 3:30 p.m. PHST on April 18, 2010 during my first time in Ilocos Sur.
Café Leona is where I first tried bagnet, the Ilokano version of lechon kawali.
