Hey, Manila! The first store of 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken in the Philippines is now open.
Founded by four foodies, 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken offers Korean-style fried chicken. Bringing New York City’s vibe in Manila.
Right after entering, their crews greeted us.
They quickly offered us this tasty chicken drumettes.
If you love art, you’ll love this awesome graffiti wall designed by WeeWillDoodle. Yes, that’s our table with our drinks on top.
Less than 10 minutes later, our order was served. I ordered the one-piece Drumstick Rice Box. They have two available choices: soy garlic and hot & spicy. I opted for the soy garlic.
I don’t know what’s that on top of my rice. Do you know what it is?
Taking a closer look at their drumstick, it’s really hot, crispy, and juicy as advertised. The soy garlic clings tightly to the crispy skin bringing that extra oomph and flair! I don’t really know if it’s hand-painted, though.
We got ourselves a regular green tea and red tea.
Table Surfer’s Take
I like the taste of my drumstick but I’ll come back for the sweet & spicy to know if I’ll like it better.
Surely, this isn’t the last Korean-style fried chicken to set up shop in Manila and I won’t be surprised if there’ll be two more to open within this year. But if there is a rating scale for these hottest fast food phenomenon, it gets 4 Fingers! 4/5 for it’s hot, juicy, and crispy chicken. Well, it is..
