More than two weeks ago, I wrote about a new ramen place in TriNoMa—Ramen X.
I love ramen so I invited Sinful Spoon, went there, and tried it for myself.
When we got there, there were just two occupied tables. It’s a weekday and they’re new so maybe that’s why?
Ramen X offers rice bowls and ramen. Rice bowls of Gyudon, Teriyaki Chicken, Minced Pork, Minced Pork with Egg, and Braised Pork Tamago. The ramen on their menu are Shoyu Ramen, Shio Ramen, Miso Ramen, and Karaage Ramen.
I wanted to try Oishi Ramen but it wasn’t available so I ordered Karaage Ramen instead. Karaage Ramen is a soy based chicken noodle.
Sinful Spoon ordered Kimchi Ramen, a soy based kimchi roast pork noodle.
Ramen X offers affordable ramen and it’s warm and tasty. If you’re on a budget, they’re worth a try. But if you’re looking for a really sumptuous Japanese ramen, you may want to look elsewhere.
Sinful Spoon and I went to Binondo during this year’s Chinese New Year and one of our food stop was Tasty Dumplings.
Tasty Dumplings serves tasty, affordable Chinese foods.
